How do I register ?
All you have to do is to correctly fill out the relevant registration form and return it to us, either by e-mail, by fax or by post to the Conference Office.

Can I benefit from special rates if I register several delegates ?
We apply tapering rates according to the number of delegates. If you wish to register more than three delegates, please contact the Conference Office.

Does the registration fee include the meals, coffee breaks and hotel accommodation ?
If you register for a conference, the fee includes the lunches and coffee breaks, but not the hotel accommodation, which has to be settled by the delegate.

Does being a delegate entitle me to a copy of the CD-ROM containing the presentations made during the Conference ?
A CD-ROM will be sent by post free of charge to all delegates within 15 days of the end of the event.

What if I have special meal requirements ?
You should notify the Conference Office at least one week before the event.

Does the Conference take place only in English ?
The Conference is conducted in two languages : French and English. Simultaneous translation is provided by professional interpreters.

I wish to cancel my registration. What must I do ?

I am unable to attend a Conference. How can I obtain a copy of the CD-ROM containing the presentations made ?
Even if you do not attend a Conference, you can still receive the CD-ROM with the presentations made at the event for a unit price of €229 (incl. VAT).

You only need to ask. You will then be informed of the organisation and programmes of the other Conferences.
